Tools & Platforms

Federer Learning & Development builds eLearning using industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia. These tools support rapid course development, interactive learning experiences, and microlearning modules designed for real workplace application.

For learning delivery and program management, we work with leading learning management systems including Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, and Cornerstone OnDemand. Services include LMS setup, course migration, reporting configuration, and organizing course libraries to improve learner access and program management.

Course design and collaboration are supported through tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Miro, and Notion for storyboarding, planning, and stakeholder collaboration. We also incorporate AI-supported tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Canva to accelerate course development and support AI literacy training initiatives.

Courses are built to align with common learning standards such as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI to ensure compatibility with most modern LMS platforms and reliable learner tracking.

William Gabriel Federer is a learning and development professional specializing in eLearning, curriculum design, and organizational performance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s in International Education from The George Washington University.

Since 2012, William has led teams and supported organizations in designing and delivering scalable learning solutions that improve workforce capability and drive results. His experience spans nonprofit, government, and international development sectors.

William brings a global perspective, having lived and worked in Korea, Thailand, Mongolia, and Uganda, and collaborated with teams across more than 40 countries. His approach combines practical strategy, cross-cultural insight, and the effective use of technology—including AI—to create impactful learning experiences.
